Scholarship Promise

Will to Learn

We believe that, as a Jesuit institution, it is our responsibility to meet our students where they are in service and solidarity. That commitment begins by saying to each deserving student: "If you have the will, we have the way." Generations of Zags have proven that with a Gonzaga education, made possible by scholarships, they can change the world. With your support, Gonzaga Will.

Planned Gift Scholarship

  • You can establish a new endowed scholarship fund for students with a minimum commitment of $50,000 or more.
  • As examples, planned gift commitments may be in the form of a will or estate provision, including Gonzaga University as a beneficiary of retirement assets or an insurance policy, or through a charitable trust or charitable gift annuity.
  • Endowed funds established through planned gifts do not begin to make awards until the gift is received by the university.
  • A named endowed scholarship can also be established by combining outright and planned gifts.

Your legacy ensures a student's success.
